Terms & rights

Use of the collection

Use the listings to discover a game and read the supplied information before starting. Descriptions and controls can be incomplete or change. This site does not guarantee availability, accuracy, session length, difficulty, age suitability or compatibility with a particular device.

External games

The embedded games are sourced from the internet and remain under the control of their respective services. Their content may include advertising, cookies and links. Stop or choose another local listing if a game is unsuitable or unavailable.

Copyright

Titles, game content and preview artwork remain with their original rights holders. The collection does not claim to create or own the listed games. Rights and permission for the production use of all material require review before release.

Concerns and changes

A verified operating entity and usable rights-contact channel are still required for public launch. No unverified example is offered as a functioning channel. Listings and these terms may change as content, hosting and contact arrangements are finalized.
